For six years in a row a team of volunteers from Wesley College in Dublin, Ireland has come to Beius to change the lives of families. This year a team of 22 volunteers will build the Easter House (an 8-year tradition at Habitat Beius). The house will be built in Mizies with the Farcut family, with the house being completed in just one week.
The Farcut family live in very difficult conditions, in an old house with two small rooms and an open hallway. The house which is almost 70 years old is built from mud bricks which have deteriorated due to weather, with cracks in the walls and a battered foundation. Viorina and Ioan desperately want to offer their son Viorel a decent place to live, especially since he is severely disabled, suffering from paralysis on the left side since he was small. Now the youth from Wesley are a blessing for the Farcut family who now look confidently to the future.
