6 February 2007 – Social Community Administration Oradea (ASCO) has signed a partnership with the organization Habitat for Humanity Romania to assist more families. Partnership goal is to create decent living conditions for nearly 700 people who live in conditions hard to imagine. Housing owned by Local Council is situated on Voltaire street in Oradea are in an advanced state of decay.
