2003 – Duplex
The exponential increase in land prices has led HFH Beius to change it’s model of housing in order to keep house prices affordable for those most in need. This has meant that on land that may have previously have been able to have two single family houses, HFH Beius is now building a multi-family project consisting of 4 apartments, with families having a communal hallway, roof and outside area.
